I am wondering this too. I am almost willing to bet that there are parts that have snow over the trail. we have had a dry spring but IDK. Been anxious to ride the trail.

Thanks Ed for info. We are planning to ride it this Saturday unless I here there is to much snow from Hill City to Deadwood. I like to ride it from Edgemont to Deadwood.
