New to the trail. I biked most of trail 89 years ago . Finally getting back into riding again. I'm wondering what the ride is like from Dumont south to Rochford.

The Dumont to Rockford run is a beautiful down hill ride the entire way. About 1 1/2 degree average. It is under 10 miles. If you wanted a some more you could go to Mystic, about 18 total miles and only a couple slightly less than 1 degree uphills near the end. It would add some very scenic views. Hope you have a wonderful time.
